ROOST Rittenhouse is located in a historic turn-of-the-century building overlooking the edge of Rittenhouse Square, one of Philadelphia’s original parks that was planned by William Penn during the 17th century. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, ROOST features 27 furnished, fully-equipped accommodations, which meld the comfort and convenience of an apartment with the high-end amenities and design of a boutique hotel.
