Yes, there is a special rate available for all ROOST residents in the parking garage directly across from our main entrance.

Yes, all utilities including Wi-Fi are included at no additional charge.

Yes, although we cater to stays of greater than 30 days, our minimum length of stay is generally 7 to 10 days depending upon on availability throughout the year.

Yes, we have complimentary Wi-Fi available in every apartment.

Yes, mail delivery is available upon request.

ROOST has a fitness center on premise so that our residents can keep up with their fitness routine during their time with us. Offering a selection of weights and state-of-the-art cardio equipment, you'll enjoy all the benefits of a private gym just steps away. ROOST also has a partnership with The Sporting Club at the Bellevue which features a swimming pool, boxing ring, indoor track and basketball court. Stay here and keep moving.

We have king-size beds in our apartments. (Note, in two studios, we have queen-size beds)
