Philadelphia is a city that can easily be seen on two wheels, and we’re proud to have complimentary bicycles available for guests on a first come first serve basis. ROOST Bike Share offers everything you’ll need for a day on the town, including helmets and locks.

Weekly Housekeeping

Everything in order. ROOST provides a complimentary weekly cleaning service for our residents. Soon after check-in, the manager will also stop by to introduce the guest’s housekeeper to discuss cleaning schedules and talk about any special requests.

The ROOST coffee program allows you to start your day off easier (and in style) with La Colombe Coffee. We handpicked some of the best products available for you to have a great morning experience that will change the way you enjoy coffee. While we know you love your pet, we also know that you’re very busy. ROOST offers pet care services so you can rest assured your pet will be in the best of hands while you’re away.

All apartments are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and Samsung 48” 4K TV’s. Each room is equipped with an Apple TV for streaming movies, videos, TV shows, or pictures from your stay.

On-Site Maintenance

In the off chance that something goes awry in one of our apartments, on-site maintenance service will be available to address and remedy the issue. Please call the front desk for any maintenance requests.

At ROOST, we provide our residents with fresh water through our filtered water program. We believe that fresh, clean water should be available for all, and at no extra cost.
