Affectionately called the MiSci by Detroit locals, the Michigan Science Center is a museum for all ages. This impressive center has an 8,700-square-foot exhibit hall that is home to over 220 interactive exhibits. With so much to see and do, you will need more than one visit to experience it all.

IMAX Dome Theater
See the latest Hollywood films on the immersive screen with 13,000-watt Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound. The three-story dome puts the 239 seats in the middle of the screen and action
Planetarium
Learn about the night sky with the help of Sesame Street characters. Learn to identify constellations, the North Star, the sun, and the moon.
Toyota 4D Engineering Theater
The state-of-the-art HD projection system, enhanced lighting, and strategic spacing create a 3D viewing experience. You will view videos specifically designed for showing in 4D theaters. This gives you an immersive and breathtaking view of nature and the natural world around us.
Science Stage
The Science Stage brings science to life with live demonstrations of experiments. These educational programs continually change, so every visit is a different experience.
How To Visit
Individual tickets are available, $18 for adults and $14 for children and seniors. Ticket packages are also available, starting at $23 for adults and $19 for children and seniors. Museum tickets only provide admission to the exhibit hall. Ticket packages include the museum and one, two, or three-movie experiences.

We do our best to get you into your room upon arrival, but we cannot guarantee you will be able to check in before 04:00 PM. We want your room to be perfect for you so our housekeeping team needs time to make that happen.
Please ask the property front desk for more details on late check out. We can sometimes give an extra hour or two but cannot guarantee it. Anything beyond 01:00 PM will incur additional charges.
We require a commitment for the full length of stay based on the booked arrival and departure dates. In the event that you depart early, we do not often have enough time to rebook the room so we do typically charge.
